Job Summary

We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Partner to help us build the workforce planning capability at Robinhood. You will be a vital strategic partner to leadership and will be the subject matter expert on all things headcount. What you’ll do day-to-day:

You will support Robinhood's enterprise-wide Workforce Planning function with a focus on helping our Tech business leaders. You will partner with the Engineering, Arts & Sciences, Security, and Cash teams to drive headcount management, workforce strategy, and headcount planning.

Support all planning cycles and help the business to accurately articulate their hiring demands Lead the end-to-end headcount management process, including large-scale organizational changes Use data to drive action within the organizations you support - partner with People Analytics on reporting distribution, narrative creation, and business recommendations Identify, solution, and implement enterprise-wide process and system improvements Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure accurate demand signals Drive day-to-day position management, including organizing and leading meetings, tracking progress, and ensuring timely inputs from collaborators and teams and high-quality outputs Develop and maintain headcount policy architecture About you:

Skilled project or program manager with 5-8 years of experience leading projects or programs in the people / HR / Recruiting space Expert at collaborating and partnering cross functionally to achieve shared success Proven track record of supporting senior leadership and navigating difficult conversations Detail oriented, placing high importance on data quality Use data to gather insights and then drive action on those insights Can create straight-forward reports from various data sources and work closely with our People Analytics team to build more robust reporting Experience diagnosing gaps in systems and processes, and driving solutions to close those gaps Workforce planning, headcount management, or recruiting operations expertise strongly preferred Ability to quickly build relationships and trust Strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritize and drive results Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative

This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and participation in Robinhood’s equity plan.

Base pay is determined by market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Please note, some of our roles are open to additional levels which would impact the expected base pay.
