About the role
We’re searching for a Senior Graphic Designer to redefine how the world’s leading crypto media brand looks and feels as we evolve into an institutional-grade financial intelligence platform. This is a role for someone who loves creating visually striking concepts as much as crafting polished digital experiences. Around 60% of your time will be dedicated to graphic and visual design (editorial covers, campaigns, presentations, branding, and key visuals), while 40% will focus on web and UI design, shaping landing pages, website sections, and digital interfaces. You’ll have the freedom to bring bold ideas to life, influence our visual direction, and build work seen by millions of users and the industry’s biggest players.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the evolution of BeInCrypto’s visual identity across digital products, editorial, marketing, and sales materials.
- Create concept-driven editorial covers, social media covers, one-pagers, banners, reports, infographics, presentations, and key creative assets that communicate complex ideas through compelling visual storytelling.
- Design website pages, landing pages, UI components, and web sections in collaboration with the Lead UX Designer.
- Develop and present creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and special projects from idea to final execution.
- Ensure visual consistency and high-quality brand application across all company touchpoints.
- Use AI-powered design tools to accelerate creative workflows and explore new visual approaches.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve design quality, workflows, and brand impact.
You are the perfect match if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in graphic and digital design for web-first or/and media companies.
- Have strong experience designing both high-end visual branding and web/UI projects, including landing pages, websites, responsive layouts, and interface components.
- Are highly proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, or similar.
- Have exceptional skills in typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and concept development.
- Can independently transform complex ideas into visually engaging and effective designs.
- Have a portfolio showcasing both strong graphic design (branding, editorial, campaigns, presentations, reports, key visuals) and implemented web/UI projects.
- Communicate confidently with cross-functional teams and present design decisions clearly.
- Are fluent in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with well-known consumer or technology brands.
- Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Experience with crypto, fintech, finance, or media products.

You’ll be working with the Creative Lab team. Your manager will be Chief Executive Officer directly. This team shapes our brand’s identity and drives its visibility. They craft stunning visuals, like website layouts, article covers, and graphics, and build our presence through social media and content marketing.
