About The Role
We’re searching for an Institutional Partnerships VP to build and scale BeInCrypto’s institutional commercial business from the ground up. As we evolve from a leading retail crypto media platform into a trusted institutional digital finance intelligence company, you’ll own the commercial engine that connects us with asset managers, banks, exchanges, payment providers, and digital asset infrastructure firms.
This is not a traditional sales role or a position built around an existing rate card. You’ll define our institutional partnership strategy, create and price scalable commercial offerings across research, thought leadership, events, podcasts, newsletters, and sponsored content, personally close our first flagship partnerships, and prove a repeatable commercial model before building the team that scales it.
Reporting to our Chief Strategic Partnerships Office and working directly with the CEO on strategic opportunities, you’ll own the institutional revenue business end-to-end and play a pivotal role in shaping BeInCrypto’s next stage of growth.
What you’ll do:
- Build BeInCrypto’s institutional partnership offering from scratch by creating and pricing multi-product partnership packages across research reports, awards programs, sponsored editorial, video, podcasts, newsletters, and events.
- Personally source, pitch, negotiate, and close high-value annual partnerships from initial outreach through signed agreements.
- Build relationships with senior institutional decision-makers, including heads of marketing, digital assets, and partnerships at banks, asset managers, exchanges, stablecoin issuers, payment providers, and crypto infrastructure companies.
- Design tailored commercial solutions that align client objectives with BeInCrypto’s audience, products, and distribution across 26 languages.
- Build a repeatable commercial model, document best practices, and validate its scalability before expanding the commercial team.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot.
- Represent BeInCrypto at leading institutional and industry events where strategic partnerships are built.
You are the perfect match if you:
- Have at least 8 years of experience in institutional business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or commercial leadership.
- Have personally sourced and closed complex, multi-product sponsorship and partnership deals for a financial, business, crypto media, or intelligence company.
- Have a proven track record of closing $100K+ annual partnerships involving multiple commercial products rather than one-off sponsorships.
- Understand how research, thought leadership, executive content, awards, podcasts, newsletters, and events create measurable value for institutional buyers.
- Can create commercial packages and pricing from zero instead of relying on existing sales collateral.
- Bring an established network of institutional decision-makers across digital assets, fintech, financial services, or Web3.
- Are based in the US or Europe.
- Are fluent in English and willing to travel internationally for industry events.
