Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for new product features and enhancements. 📍Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new products. 📍Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement. 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the Web3 and DeFi space, and apply this knowledge to product development. 📍Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and agile development within the product team.
Qualifications
📍Proven experience as a Product Manager in the Web3 or DeFi space, with a strong focus on transaction-based platforms such as crowdfunding or DEXs. 📍Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and token economics. 📍Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. 📍Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach. 📍Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban. 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is preferred. 📍Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
