Job Summary

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

📍Manage relationships with existing and potential new relationships with banks, PSPs, and crypto-asset exchanges to support both Fiat and Crypto Treasury Operations 📍Manage day-to-day crypto liquidity operations in relation to Global Ops 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams (within and outside out Controller Group) with regional Operations including but not limited to: Accounting, Financial Services, FP&A, Tax, Risk, Product, Engineering 📍Be a key partner to support Ripple Markets & Trading’s ongoing and new initiatives to improve cost savings for company products. 📍Involve in Treasury stable-coin Ops (reserve management, internal/external minting/redemption process) 📍Help define and maintain best-in-class operational policies to ensure a robust internal Treasury Control 📍Contribute to design and propose working capital efficiency and Treasury financial risk management frameworks 📍Partner closely with accounting, and tax teams on global intercompany funding, cash concentration, periodical end-closes 📍Play a key role in process improvement, automation initiatives, and support to ad-hoc projects

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

📍4+ years of progressive experience in a Treasury, ideally in the Fintech, Trading or Blockchain space 📍Bachelor’s degree in Finance or business-related field 📍Experience with payment rails, banking, financial risks, trade settlement, and digital asset payments preferred 📍Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented 📍Strong organizational and communication skills; have a sense of urgency to be involved in tight schedules 📍A genuine team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision 📍Self-discipline, deadline-driven, and results-oriented 📍Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, experience with other analytical tools preferred 📍Ability to rapidly respond to changing priorities 📍Ability to digest complex information, financial data and propose strategic recommendations
