What does a day in the life as a Technical Project Manager look like?

šŸ“Plans and oversees projects to ensure completion in a timely fashion and within the set budget. šŸ“Plans and designates project resources, prepares the budget, monitors progress, and updates stakeholders all throughout the project is managed. šŸ“Determines and defines project scope and objectives. šŸ“Prepares budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements. šŸ“Tracks project costs in order to meet budget. šŸ“Predicts resources needed to reach objectives and manages resources in an effective and efficient manner. šŸ“Develops and manages detailed projectsā€™ schedule and work plan. šŸ“Measures project performance to identify areas for improvement; šŸ“Monitors progress and make adjustments as needed. šŸ“Provides project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. šŸ“Manages contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. šŸ“Utilizes industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.

What are the required qualifications for a Technical Project Manager?

šŸ“Graduate of Business Administration, Computer Science or any trade equivalent; Master in Project Management (MPM), Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) Certification or Prince 2 Certification is a plus. šŸ“Minimum 4 years of solid experience in project management in the BPO industry. šŸ“Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office applications; both Excel and Sheets. šŸ“ Strong organizational, time management, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities. šŸ“Exceptional interpersonal skills; beyond satisfactory business communication skills, both in written and verbal. šŸ“Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties. šŸ“Exceptional level of discretion and confidentiality; Firm understanding and application of the lean business approach. šŸ“Amenable to work onsite at the Sanctum, Quezon City or at The Hideout, Clark, Pampanga (depends on business needs)
