Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šConduct comprehensive market research on the institutional staking landscape in North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments impacting the global staking ecosystem. šIdentify key market drivers, opportunities, and challenges within the staking sector. šMonitor and report on the competitive landscape, providing insights into competitors' strategies and market positioning. šDevelop detailed market intelligence reports and presentations for internal stakeholders. šProvide actionable insights, sales intelligence, and strategic recommendations to help Figment.io navigate the future staking landscape. šProduce a prioritized prospect list of Figmentās Total Addressable Market (TAM) and Total Obtainable Market (TOM) by region and business type, informed by blockchain interest, Assets Under Management (AUM), and readiness for staking. šPredict institutional staking market trends and outcomes for the industry in 2025 based on current data and trend analysis. šCollaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and business development, to align market intelligence with business objectives.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Masterās) is a plus. šProven experience as a Market Analyst, Research Analyst, or similar role, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry. šStrong understanding of the staking ecosystem and blockchain technology. šExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. šExperience building TAM, TOM lists for GTM teams. šProficient in using market research tools and software, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar platforms. šStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely. šDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. šAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
