Job Summary
Duties
šPromote best practices in software architecture, design, development, delivery, deployment, and operations. šProvide technical expertise in Rust programming for blockchain development. šCrafting high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code for blockchain solutions. šActively participating in strategic technical decision-making, with a focus on designing core components for our blockchain platform, prioritizing security, scalability, and performance. šCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including blockchain researchers, product owners and managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-impact blockchain solutions. šStay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in blockchain development. Innovate and integrate new solutions into our platform. šReview specifications produced by architects and our product specialists. šBe knowledgeable of distributed and concurrent computation. šBe knowledgeable of the basics of cryptography.
Requirements
Key Competencies šProficiency in Rust programming, with a proven track record in software development within a blockchain environment. šDeep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and concurrency šKnowledge of blockchain technology and its core concepts, such as consensus mechanisms, cryptography, and smart contracts
