Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing:
đź“ŤDesigning and implementing innovative trading solutions with a focus on institutional clients. đź“ŤMaintaining and enhancing our existing back-end platforms, including new features, improving robustness, and adopting improved technologies. đź“ŤCollaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver new features. đź“ŤPerformance optimization of overall trading architecture aiming for low latency, high availability and scalability.
What We Look For In You:
đź“ŤStrong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with a solid STEM educational background. đź“ŤFluent with high-performance Java and async programming patterns. đź“ŤPrior experience in trading systems development is a big plus. đź“ŤFamiliar with distributed systems and micro service architecture. đź“ŤPractical experience with automated testing and continuous integration. đź“ŤWilling to learn all aspects of trading products in financial and crypto markets including spot, future, swap, and options.
