đPragmatically adhere to software engineering principles of modularity, MVP thinking, incremental development, and continuous improvement. đTechnical leadership across a set of related team's domains, consistently pushing boundaries and exploring gaps in understanding. đWrite idiomatic code that satisfies the acceptance criteria of a given task, covered with unit, integration, and E2E tests that provide sufficient and non-superfluous code coverage. đClearly articulates new issues, suggests changes to leadership for implementation. đDocument code and APIs concisely and unambiguously đProvide detailed guidance on the work to be done, assist with task assignments and deliver deep reviews and feedback on the work. đBe knowledgeable of distributed and concurrent computation đBe knowledgeable of the basics of cryptography
Education / Experience
