Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šArchitect and design scalable, high-performance software solutions in alignment with project requirements and company standards. šOptimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies. šActively engage in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. šCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project updates. šProvide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. š7+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development. šProficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role. šExperience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams. šStrong problem-solving skills and ability to tackle complex technical challenges. šExcellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. šStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
