Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
đź“ŤDesigning, prototyping and implementing new solutions for our automated RFQ and Spread-trading platforms. đź“ŤCollaborating closely with product managers, clients and cross-functional teams. đź“ŤAnalysing and iterating upon the existing features, capacity and performance of our platforms. đź“ŤProviding support to our business users and clients, and monitoring the overall quality of service. đź“ŤContinually promoting greater software development standards, automated testing and firm-wide practises.
What We Look For In You
đź“ŤSolid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background. đź“ŤStrong analytical, pragmatic, and logical problem-solving skills. đź“ŤExperience in high performance Java, and async programming patterns. đź“ŤExperience in best-practises within Agile SDLC, automated testing, and continuous integration. đź“ŤWillingness to learn about all aspects of institutional trading products for Crypto markets. đź“ŤProficient in English.
