Job Summary
What are you going to do?
šCollaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problems šWork up and down the stack to ship code for our Rails backend and our React frontend, and dive deep into the database layer to handle complex querying needs šResponsible for planning, tracking, and reporting on work progress. šDemonstrated ability to learn, adapt and work independently. šResponsible for code reviews and delivery of high-quality maintainable code. š Use a customer-centric approach to make architectural design decisions šHave a significant impact on projects affecting scalability, performance, and new value delivery š Identify large technological issues and opportunities in your area of responsibility, and work with your team to solve these issues
What will help you succeed
šProficiency in Ruby programming language. šStrong understanding and experience with Ruby on Rails framework. šExtensive knowledge of front-end development with Next.js or React.js. šAbility to develop full-stack applications from concept to deployment. šExperience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. šFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. šProficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. šExperience with version control systems such as Git.
