Job Summary
What are you going to do?
📍Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and UX to design and build solutions that delight users and solve critical business problems 📍Work up and down the stack to ship code for our Rails backend and our React frontend, and dive deep into the database layer to handle complex querying needs 📍Responsible for planning, tracking, and reporting on work progress. 📍Demonstrated ability to learn, adapt and work independently. 📍Responsible for code reviews and delivery of high-quality maintainable code. 📍 Use a customer-centric approach to make architectural design decisions 📍Have a significant impact on projects affecting scalability, performance, and new value delivery 📍 Identify large technological issues and opportunities in your area of responsibility, and work with your team to solve these issues
What will help you succeed
📍Proficiency in Ruby programming language. 📍Strong understanding and experience with Ruby on Rails framework. 📍Extensive knowledge of front-end development with Next.js or React.js. 📍Ability to develop full-stack applications from concept to deployment. 📍Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL. 📍Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL. 📍Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 📍Experience with version control systems such as Git.
