Responsibilities:

📍Collaborate with cross functional teams across Shift4 such as finance, supply chain, sales, legal, and marketing and to understand existing and future business needs to related to Shift4’s supply chain operations 📍Support needs assessment exercises throughout the discovery and design phase; provide technical documentation support during requirements phase(s) 📍Lead the development of the ERP front end user interface through Foundry including dashboards and reports that will provide rapid insight into the supply chain’s performance 📍Utilize Python, Spark, and Typescript development tools to build applications and interfaces for internal products. 📍Build APIs and configure writebacks and webhooks to synchronize front end user interfaces with back end data objects. Connect disparate source systems and collaborate with stakeholders and Mission Control engineering team to ensure functionality. Create source sync schedules, optimize data system performance, and analyze new technologies to integrate. 📍Write data automations using rules, alerts, or other common data engineering tools to build automated workflows that simplify the user experience. 📍Serve as a voice of guidance throughout the build / configuration process; provide support during testing / QA to ensure product alignment with architecture designs and goals 📍Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement; assess performance and productivity of deployed capabilities technologies to ensure goals are being met, identify opportunities for iterative improvements, etc. 📍Create consumable technical documentation for users to understand complex technical details.

Minimum Qualifications:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related field or relevant experience 📍5+ years of experience as a developer or related role 📍5+ years of experience with Enterprise ERP Procurement and/or Finance including Oracle Fusion ERP or equivalent systems 📍Experience in data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, UI/UX best practices 📍Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript or similar languages 📍Ability to produce high quality code and quickly learn new technologies as need 📍Understanding of data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, frontend frameworks and more.
