Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Lead & scale our payments integration platform (PSPs, banks, RTP networks) 📍Design event-driven, microservices architectures that are ledger-safe. 📍Build for resilience: retries, idempotency, reconciliation, observability, incident response. 📍Own AWS cloud-native deployments: high availability, auto-scaling, failover. 📍Partner with Product, Ops, Compliance to open new global corridors. 📍Hire, mentor, and grow engineers into future technical leaders.
What You'll Bring
📍10+ years in engineering, with 4–6 years leading teams. 📍Deep experience integrating PSPs, bank rails, or RTP networks. 📍Strong systems design mindset 📍Depth in Go (Golang) and Microservices architecture. 📍Expertise in AWS & other cloud providers 📍Strong communicator, builder, and operator with a bias for action.
