Responsibilities:

📍Creating innovative and compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, video, email, and in-app content. 📍Understanding of content writing for various ad channels, such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc. 📍Working with the Growth team, including Acquisition, CRM, and Data Analytic teams, to create effective copywriting solutions. 📍Conducting research and conceptualizing ideas to develop engaging messages for the target audience. 📍Creating personalized, segmented messaging for different customer groups, highlighting the significance of targeting specific customer segments and lifecycle stages with relevant content to boost engagement and conversions. 📍Writing content in various formats, including push notifications, pop-up messages, emails, and other essential CRM channels. 📍Adapting and refining existing content for different purposes. 📍Setting the tone and driving creativity, ensuring excellence in collaboration with the Project Manager and Creative team. 📍Staying up-to-date with trending topics and news to identify content opportunities. 📍Gathering input and validating content with internal teams. 📍Ensuring consistency and quality across all written materials. 📍Mentoring and guiding junior writers, providing feedback and contributing to their skill development. 📍Taking ownership of projects from concept to delivery, aligning with brand guidelines and exceeding expectations. 📍Managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines with attention to detail. 📍Utilizing AI tools to develop compelling visuals and content.

Requirements:

📍6+ years of fin-tech / blockchain content writing experience. 📍Exceptional ability to through impactful writing. 📍Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a 📍Senior Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the crypto industry, product descriptions, CRM content, and advertising campaigns. 📍Crypto Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the crypto landscape, including knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, industry trends, and the target audience's interests and preferences. 📍Creative Writing Skills: Exceptional ability to craft engaging and persuasive copy for various purposes, such as product descriptions, CRM communications, and ad campaigns. Strong storytelling, brand messaging, and call-to-action creation skills are necessary. 📍Multichannel Expertise: Proficiency in writing for different channels and formats, including social media, websites, emails, push notifications, and other CRM platforms. Understanding how to adapt the tone, > 📍Strategic Thinking: Capability to develop strategic copywriting approaches that align with business objectives, target audience needs, and campaign goals.
