What you’ll work on:

📍Oversee content creation for both internal and external customers, ensuring alignment with Circle’s voice and tone. 📍Develop and maintain help center content to support all product releases. 📍Serve as the primary point of contact for product and feature release content. 📍Create detailed content briefs and outlines to guide content development. 📍Lead the auditing process for Guru and the help center to ensure accuracy and relevance. 📍Manage and prioritize incoming content requests for Guru. 📍Advise the Product Design team on in-product content to enhance user experience. 📍Conduct regular research to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement. 📍Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, maintains consistency, and aligns with Circle’s tone of voice. 📍Provide editorial oversight and mentorship to CX team members upon request. 📍Develop reactive messaging and templated responses for customer support. 📍Lead training sessions on Circle’s voice and tone for new team members via internal training programs.
