Job Summary

Your Day-to-Day:

📍Provide technical leadership and guidance to your team fostering a culture of collaboration, wellbeing, innovation, and continuous improvement. 📍Develop your team’s potential and skillset over time. 📍Be an SME on our technical platform and services. 📍Be a POC to the wider business for the services we provide. 📍Manage our teams involvements and response to incidents and outages. 📍Manage our teams ticket intake and backlog. 📍Continuously review, revise and improve our workflows and processes. 📍Work to deliver the companies OKR’s and KPI’s relevant to security. 📍Partner with our engineering teams to deliver project-based work such as tool deployments.

What do you need to bring:

📍10+ years of experience in the security operations domain, with 5+ years of professional experience leading a global support team. 📍Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical and non-technical challenges. 📍Experience building and developing teams that exhibit strong ownership, user empathy, and engineering excellence. 📍Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders’ expectations. 📍Working on both projects and run-the-business operations. 📍Strong understanding of Certificate management, Identity and access management, endpoint and network security, Cloud platforms, ProdSec and Appsec tools. 📍Basic knowledge on coding such as python, Java, C++ is a plus. 📍People and process development.
