Job Summary
What You’ll Do:
📍Market Entry Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the new territory, including identifying key market segments and potential clients. 📍Client Acquisition:Identify, target, and acquire institutional investors and funds, building a robust pipeline of prospects. 📍Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the investment community. 📍Sales Leadership:Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives. 📍Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to meet market demand and client expectations. 📍Performance Tracking:Provide regular reports on progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals. 📍Market Intelligence:Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and client feedback, to inform strategic decisions and product development.
What You’ll Need:
📍Experience:Proven track record in sales with experience either selling into, or managing relationships with crypto funds 📍Skills:Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. 📍Attributes:Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving industry. 📍Industry Knowledge:Deep knowledge of the wider crypto ecosystem
