Job Summary
What you will be doing
šSupporting the implementation, setup and deployment of trading algorithms. Signing off technical approach for a given use case. šAssisting the product managers on the planning of the implementation of a technical solution, being able to make trade-offs and technical decisions with a bigger roadmap in mind and within the guidelines of the engineering department. šMentoring other Engineering members, participating actively in the code review of developers. šReviewing performance metrics and data analysis to recognise weaknesses and find solutions to optimise our activities. šEnsuring that processes are well documented.
Skills and experience:
šAt least 5 years of back end coding experience for example: C++, Rust, Go or Java šExperience with Rust is essential for this role šFamiliarity or Interest with Trading šFamiliarity with financial markets and trading algorithms in orderbooks šOutstanding written and verbal presentation skills
