Job Summary
What you will be responsible for:
šCollaborate with the engineering team to identify and prioritize features that align with market needs and drive adoption šConduct extensive market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis to validate product-market fit and inform product decisions šDefine and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and ensures market growth šWork closely with the engineering and design team to define and maintain a lean, iterative product roadmap that prioritizes high-impact features šEstablish and monitor key performance metrics to measure product success, user engagement, and market penetration šFacilitate rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making to optimize the product and ensure market fit šCollaborate with the engineering team to identify and address technical challenges and constraints early in the development process šCommunicate product progress, insights, and learnings to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in šFoster a customer-centric mindset within the team, ensuring that user needs and feedback are at the forefront of product development šStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in decentralized systems and AI to identify new growth opportunities
Weāre looking for people who meet the following requirements:
š6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful developer tools from 0 to 1 šExperience with GPU computing, distributed systems, or AI inference services šStrong understanding of decentralized technologies, blockchain, and AI/ML concepts šDeep understanding of developer needs, pain points, and workflows, with experience building APIs, SDKs, or developer platforms šExceptional communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams šExperience leading and building high functioning product teams with the ability to quickly deliver and improve delightful developer products
