Responsibilities:

📍Liaise: Serve as the primary liaison between the product, engineering and ecosystem teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. 📍Coordinate: Own planning, development, and implementation of new tools, products, and developments managing timelines and resources to meet project milestones and release schedules. 📍Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish success criteria for each initiative. 📍Supervise: Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or challenges, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to devise and implement solutions. 📍Facilitate: Coordinate cross-functional team meetings, providing updates on project status, timelines, and action items. 📍Documentation: Coordinate the creation and maintenance of project-specific documentation. 📍Community: Support the ecosystem team in gathering and responding to feedback from the flare community and help to incorporate user insights into product development.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 📍Proven experience in project coordination, product development, or a similar role, within the blockchain or technology sectors. 📍A basic understanding of blockchain technology and its applications is a must. 📍Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. 📍Analytical thinker with a problem-solving orientation and a keen attention to detail. 📍Passionate about innovation and driven to contribute to the growth and success of Flare and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
