As the very first product analyst to join the team, this is an incredible chance become part of a leadership team, and have a "seat at the table" making key decisions for maximum efficiency. You will use get the chance to use data analysis to enhance our product, therefore creating a delightful experience for our user.

Responsibilities Analyze Customer Experience: Identify Opportunities to improve or enhance different features Collaborate Cross Functionally: Work with Engineering and BI teams to take existing datasets and create a roadmap for the future Keep Tabs on Product Health: Facilitate conversations to define and visualize metrics that show where the product is and update on any changes that need to be made Exploratory Study: Seek out data-based opportunities that can be implemented into the current product that are not currently being utilized

Bachelor's Degree 3+ Years In Data Analysis with at least 1+ years in Product Analytics Curious mindset - a strong desire to go deep into understanding and incorporating data Experiencing analyzing raw data, both structured and unstructured Strong Understanding of SQL, Snowflake Experience Using Heap
