Job Summary

What You’ll Be Doing

📍Handle general office administration tasks, including managing the reception area, maintaining office supplies, equipment, and ensure a tidy and organized workspace. 📍Assist in the development and implementation of office and facility policies and procedures. 📍Take a lead role in setting up new office spaces, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth transition. 📍Collaborate with vendors to procure office equipment, supplies, pantry, daily catering etc. 📍Coordinate with IT to ensure seamless technology setup. 📍Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed. 📍Assist HR in onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive and efficient integration into the company. 📍Manage expense reports, and other financial administrative tasks. 📍Assist in budget planning for office-related expenses. 📍Coordinate company events, meetings, offsites, and team-building activities. 📍Plan and execute special projects as assigned.

What We Look For In You

📍The ability to be in the office 5 days a week. 📍Proven experience in office management roles, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. 📍Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Proficient in office software and productivity tools. 📍Ability to take initiative and work independently. 📍Demonstrated problem-solving skills. 📍Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and environments. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. 📍Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
