Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

📍Design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation tools to improve the scalability, health, security, and performance of our liquid staking service. 📍Work closely with development teams to integrate blockchain technologies, ensuring smooth deployment of new features and updates. 📍Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline the development lifecycle. 📍Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and deploy hotfixes to ensure uninterrupted service uptime. 📍Proactively identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within the infrastructure. 📍Conduct post-mortem analyses and implement preventive measures following incidents to enhance system resilience. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights, discuss best practices, and refine operational procedures. 📍Stay abreast of emerging technologies in the blockchain and DeFi space to drive innovation within our platform.

Qualifications:

📍3+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or similar role. 📍Experience with any blockchains, DeFi, and/or dApps is a big plus. 📍Proficient in network, server, and application-status monitoring tools. 📍Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI). 📍Familiarity with container orchestration services, especially Kubernetes. 📍Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) is a plus. 📍Working experience with blockchain technology, specifically with smart contracts and decentralized applications (DApps). 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within and across teams. 📍Proficiency in English and Russian.
