Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šAssist the senior traders in designing and developing quant trading strategies including market making algos that can deliver a high Sharpe ratio and returns šWork closely with the rest of the trading team in the management of risks in a 24x7 market šMonitor, maintain and optimize the automated trading systems as directed šHelp with maintaining relationships with other teams internally, counterparts and LPs etc šProvide management with information on trading activity šProvide market and trading insights to the rest of the trading team
What we're looking for:
šBachelor degree in any field š1-3 years experience in a quantitative trading capacity (banks and funds included) šInterests and some familiarity with the crypto market would be advantageous šKnowledge in Equities, Options, FX, Fixed Income, Futures preferred šPrevious experience dealing with high volume and volatile environment šDetail oriented; Demonstrates thoroughness and strong ownership of work šGood team player, strong communication skills šAble to prioritize in a fast-moving, high pressure and ever-changing environment with a good sense of urgency
