Job Summary
This role involves working on multiple greenfield projects at the same time, with diverse teams to build and deploy software systems. DevOps Engineer will collaborate with software developers and engineers to ensure that development methods are followed and that the software operates as intended. Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes, testing and troubleshooting infrastructure as code, and analysing outcomes are all part of this job. We do not require commercial experience in blockchain (full training provided), but an interest in the technology is very welcome. The role is 100% remote.
Candidate Profile:
We are looking for a skilled and professional DevOps Engineer who is looking to advance their career, and for a dynamic, successful, and growing business to work with. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of professional experience in software development, understands the entire software development process, as well as cloud services (AWS), writes high quality code and wants to develop in the Blockchain space.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of commercial experience, Experience in building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, Experience in automating and improving development and release processes, Knowledge of programming languages (Java, JavaScript, Golang), Strong skills in Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes Hands-on experience with GitLab/ GitHub Knowledge of AWS Cloud services like Lambda, EC2, S3, EKS, ECS, RDS etc. Knowledge about protocols like http, ssh Upper-Intermediate English skills (spoken and written), Ability to cooperate with a distributed team in a remote environment.
