Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šMaintain and support BitGo's employees in resolving problems with laptops, desktops, printers, video conferencing, and other helpdesk related tasks in a Mac and Linux environment šManage the repair of broken or defective laptops, printers or other hardware šAcquire, provision, configure, & deploy equipment in accordance with documented procedures šResearch, investigate, and troubleshoot issues šAssist in the creation and maintenance of departmental documentation šManage hardware and software inventory šEnsure BitGo Policies and Procedures are followed, including Security and Operational policies šOther IT related responsibilities as assigned.
