Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Develop and execute strategies to increase TVL aligned with the Puffer Foundation's goals and objectives. 📍Identify and evaluate potential partnerships with DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, and other stakeholders to maximize TVL growth. 📍Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective partners, negotiating terms and agreements to drive TVL growth. 📍Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate DeFi products and services with partner platforms, maximizing TVL opportunities. 📍Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitors in the DeFi TVL space. 📍Develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives to promote Puffer Foundation's DeFi offerings and attract liquidity to the platform. 📍Engage with the DeFi community through forums, events, and social media channels to raise awareness and drive participation in TVL initiatives. 📍Track and analyze TVL metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. 📍Stay informed about regulatory developments and compliance requirements related to TVL operations, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations. 📍Establish thought leadership in the DeFi TVL space through industry contributions, speaking engagements, and participation in relevant forums and conferences.
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred. 📍5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy roles within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi industry or fintech. 📍Strong understanding of liquid restaking concepts, protocols, and technologies, with a track record of driving TVL growth. 📍Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. 📍Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans. 📍Passion for decentralized finance and a commitment to driving innovation and adoption in the crypto space.
