📍Recording payment returns and maintaining accuracy of records 📍Assisting with monthly client billing / accounting reconciliations 📍Data Integrity Review Process: Reconciling system data points against supporting documentation Quarterly Servicing Update 📍Assist with loan payment calculations / inputting loan terms into contract outlines 📍Assist with preparing intermediate level financial reports in excel 📍Assistance with Re-Underwriting - Review existing portfolio for compliance with contract requirements 📍Ad Hoc data updates

What are the required qualifications for a Financial Operations Analyst?

📍Background in finance, collections, or legal-related field 📍Knowledge about compounding and non-compounding interest 📍At least one year of experience in Data Processing 📍At least 6 months of experience in calls (inbound and outbound) 📍Above-average English Communication skills 📍Must be able to perform at least intermediate Excel functions/formulas such as IF, AND/OR, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Filter functions, Pivot functions 📍Able to submit tasks/projects with speed and accuracy 📍*Note: Training will be onsite at the Foundry, BGC, Taguig for 2 weeks then once a month onsite after.
