📍Formulate quantitative and automated trading strategies 📍Manage and optimize your intraday trading positions together with your team 📍Focus on technical improvements on the desk while also automating various daily processes 📍Manage trading positions and ensure essential information is captured accurately 📍Identify new opportunities and products that align with Flow Traders growth strategy
What you need to succeed
📍Minimum of 3 years of experience in market making 📍In depth knowledge in trading Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Assets or FX 📍University Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related 📍Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills 📍Competitive, entrepreneurial and able to deliver under pressure 📍A distinct ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them
