Job Summary
What we are actively looking for:
š6+ years of proven experience as a software engineer including managerial responsibilities with a strong track record of shipping technically robust, scalable, and extendable platforms šStrong grasp of basic engineering principles, including Gang of Four principles, SOLID, and DRY šProficiency in our engineering stack: Go Lang, Redis, Kafka/Pub/Sub, Kubernetes (K8s), and job schedulers šProven ability to solve complex technical problems and make sound technical decisions šExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams šCustomer-obsessed mindset with a passion for simplifying complex problems in the fintech space šDemonstrated empathy and strong teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
