Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Build, lead and serve an effective team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and career development 📍Identify the capabilities of each team member and allocate them to their best-match project; 📍Drive the recruitment process; 📍Facilitate of implementation engineering best practices and develop a technical strategy to guide short and long-term plans; 📍Develop a healthy, collaborative engineering culture; 📍Contribute to the company’s strategy and growth.
Requirements
📍Proven work experience as an Engineering Manager or similar role; 📍Knowledge of modern web technologies and a deep understanding of the software development process; 📍Experience leading and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects; 📍Strong people management and leadership skills; 📍Experience in developing a strong engineering culture in an Agile environment; 📍Communication skills for overseeing staff and working with other management team members; 📍Understanding of Big Data Area would be an advantage.
