Job Summary
What are the role responsibilities?
📍Build out the protocol security pod with a focus on effectively embedding engineers across the engineering organization 📍Lay the foundation for the protocol security pod through team management and hiring 📍Maintain and develop growth plans for all members of the protocol security pod 📍Oversee and support in setting technical direction for all things protocol and governance security
Basic Qualifications
📍4+ years of engineering management 📍2+ years of hands-on software development experience 📍Experience building and/or securing EVM-based protocols or applications 📍Strong grasp of security engineering
