Job Summary
The opportunity
📍Lead a cross-functional team of frontend and backend engineers responsible for all Earn-related experiences. 📍Own the UX for Earn features across Kraken’s core products (Kraken, Consumer, Pro). 📍Oversee the Earn SDK and its integration across web (React) and mobile (React Native) platforms. 📍Manage and evolve the internal Earn management tool, a backend admin panel for managing all earn strategies. 📍Collaborate with the Earn Service Guild and Tech Leads to maintain consistent engineering standards across services. 📍Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define and deliver high-impact features with measurable business and customer value. 📍Champion engineering excellence, maintainable architectures, and code quality. 📍Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical growth, collaboration, and inclusivity.
