We’re looking for people who love optimizing an end to end system, understanding high performance I/O to maximize local performance and distributed across our compute resources. We want someone excited by the rapid pace of responding to the dynamic and evolving needs of our training systems architectures. Our team uses Python and Rust, and we are looking for someone who is excited to work in this stack and learn it if they're not familiar.

📍You will build teams in a deeply iterative, collaborative, fast-paced environment to bring our technology to millions of users around the world, and ensure it’s delivered with safety and reliability in mind. 📍This role is based in San Francisco, CA or remote in the United States (ideally in the West Coast). We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
