Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šHelp define the feature strategy to drive success for Stellarās developer ecosystem. šPlan and execute sprints, track progress and oversee day-to-day tactical decisions. šMediate technical discussions and review PRs. šJump in as needed with code fixes and hands-on contributions. šMentor and grow your team members through feedback, reviews and career guidance. šHelp support the open source contributions to all projects under the DevX umbrella.
You have:
š8+ years experience as a top-level contributor in the software and technology world. šA broad engineering background and deep experience leading full-stack teams. šHands-on experience with Rust, React, TypeScript. šHeavy customer focus and a product-driven approach to building software. šProven success developing and delivering complex, scalable, and highly reliable solutions. šInterest in working on open-source software. šStrong experience in Scrum/Agile and an interest in helping the team develop agreements and processes around that methodology.
