Responsibilities
📍Design, implement and manage of (AML) scoring grid models 📍Provide support for the development and automation of KPI and tactical tools for compliance team 📍Responsible for the data extraction necessary for the models and tactical tools that you’ll developDrive the development of core modules with data-driven strategy to maximize the impact 📍Provide recommendations and implement data-driven initiatives aiming to reduce overall financial crime risk exposure 📍Contribute to transversal strategic initiatives 📍Build key data visualizations/dashboards to top management
Requirements
📍Top-ranking engineering schools or Master of Science / Phd in Machine Learning, or Applied Mathematics 📍At least 5 years of relevant modelling experience 📍Strong working experience with programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, Prophet, Moses 📍Excellent communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data driven insights 📍Able to demonstrate strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skillsAble to deliver high quality work on tight deadlines and be comfortable working in the constantly evolving crypto industry 📍Be proactive, curious, self-driven and a fast learner
