Worlds is a new remote-first studio from former veterans of Epic Games. Founded in 2022 and backed by Griffin Gaming Partners (investors in Scopely, Marvel Snap, Frostgiant), we're pushing the limits of Unreal Engine to create PC titles defined by novel mechanics and graphical excellence. As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D assets, models, and texture that blend photorealism with anime influences.

Key Responsibilities:
📍Shape and articulate the game's creative vision. 📍Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the vision is executed flawlessly. 📍Oversee the development of game trailers, ensuring their alignment with the game’s story and feel. 📍Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to produce groundbreaking content. 📍Stay updated with the latest trends in the gaming industry and adapt strategies accordingly. 📍Work autonomously and make high-level decisions with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
đź“ŤPortfolio: A standout portfolio showcasing exceptional creative prowess, versatility, and depth. đź“ŤSkillset: Strong proficiency in common creative tools as well as Unreal Engine 5. Familiarity with multiplayer first-person shooter games will be advantageous. đź“ŤRemote Work: Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment and produce results without direct, day-to-day supervision. đź“ŤCommunication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate creative concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
