What you’ll be working on:

📍Developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company's goals, ensuring consistency and relevance across all communication channels. 📍Producing high-quality, informative, and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, and video content, covering topics related to cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, market trends, and trading strategies. 📍Creating educational content to help users understand the features of our platform, cryptocurrency trading, and best practices for security. Developing guides, tutorials, and FAQs to facilitate a positive user experience. 📍Fostering a sense of community among our users through interactive and informative content. 📍Monitoring and engaging with community feedback, comments, and discussions on various platforms. 📍Working closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels. 📍Tracking and analysing the performance of content campaigns using relevant tools and metrics. 📍Provide regular reports on content performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

About you:

📍Proven experience as a Content Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful content campaigns. 📍In-depth understanding of trading, cryptocurrency and blockchain industry. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms. 📍Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive content strategy. 📍Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in the cryptocurrency space is a plus.
