Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šOversee and own full lifecycle of projects to achieve on-time and under budget delivery with customer satisfaction. The following project management responsibilities are applicable: šProvide guidance and input on preliminary scope/customer requests, including ROM costs šGather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors or contractors šEvaluate competitive bids as appropriate šReview proposals for accuracy, identify and track cost saving suggestions or improvements šRecommend best path of action šDevelop the final cost and schedule for the project šImplement controls as needed to track and manage cost, schedule and scope šWrite and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out šFacilitate city, county, building owner, and governmental approvals šResolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time šTrack and approve invoicing of work šManage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in the field šCoordinate with end user and facilities team for building operations and maintenance šManage night shift/early morning contractors as project work requires šTake on new projects ad-hoc as the business needs šManage tools, documentation and folder systems relating to the organization of our construction projects šInteract with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers šReview and manage project request tickets; create work orders when needed and manage to completion šPrepare and coordinate with operation teams for annual safety, real property and/or landlord property inspections. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
šAssociate degree and 4+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities management; or bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities management
