Job Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:

šŸ“Oversee and own full lifecycle of projects to achieve on-time and under budget delivery with customer satisfaction. The following project management responsibilities are applicable: šŸ“Provide guidance and input on preliminary scope/customer requests, including ROM costs šŸ“Gather proposals from architects, engineers, vendors or contractors šŸ“Evaluate competitive bids as appropriate šŸ“Review proposals for accuracy, identify and track cost saving suggestions or improvements šŸ“Recommend best path of action šŸ“Develop the final cost and schedule for the project šŸ“Implement controls as needed to track and manage cost, schedule and scope šŸ“Write and manage construction contracts with subcontractors across multiple disciplines through contract close-out šŸ“Facilitate city, county, building owner, and governmental approvals šŸ“Resolve design and construction conflicts in the field in real time šŸ“Track and approve invoicing of work šŸ“Manage all aspects of multi-discipline construction projects in the field šŸ“Coordinate with end user and facilities team for building operations and maintenance šŸ“Manage night shift/early morning contractors as project work requires šŸ“Take on new projects ad-hoc as the business needs šŸ“Manage tools, documentation and folder systems relating to the organization of our construction projects šŸ“Interact with contractors, fabricators, and internal customers šŸ“Review and manage project request tickets; create work orders when needed and manage to completion šŸ“Prepare and coordinate with operation teams for annual safety, real property and/or landlord property inspections. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

šŸ“Associate degree and 4+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities management; or bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience in architecture, engineering, construction management, or facilities management
