Job Summary
Requirements:
📍 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or similar. 📍Fluent English. 📍Demonstrated success in leading and scaling community initiatives and teams at top projects or blue-chip DeFi protocols, achieving growth KPIs. 📍In-depth knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, including current trends, memes, on-chain interactions, and prominent CT figures. 📍Mastery of Discord, Twitter, and Telegram. 📍Experience in organizing ambassador or community engagement programs. 📍Skilled in running and managing lead generation and nurture campaigns, optimizing for conversions and ROI. 📍Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to gather insights from the community and communicate them effectively to the development and business teams.
Nice to Have:
📍Experience with graphic design or video editing software for creating engaging content quickly. 📍Proficiency in multiple languages to interact with a diverse global community. 📍A large following on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, or YouTube to amplify the community’s reach.
