Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Assist in the execution of day-to-day operational tasks and activities 📍Maintain and organize operational records, documents, and reports 📍Monitor product developments and inform others regarding product updates 📍Monitor social media updates of the crypto industry 📍Gather feedback from social media 📍Help in the preparation of operational reports and presentations 📍Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars 📍Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures 📍Handle communication with internal and external stakeholders on operational matters
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Graduates are also welcomed. 📍Strong organizational and multitasking abilities 📍Proficiency in English 📍Proficient in using MS Office suite and other relevant software 📍Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 📍Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment 📍Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy 📍Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
