Responsibilities

📍Design, develop, and maintain analytics dashboards to track key external metrics across various blockchain protocols and platforms, as well as internal metrics crucial for Polymer performance tracking. 📍Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand market trends, user behavior, and protocol performance, identifying opportunities and challenges for Polymer. 📍Collaborate with the product team and other internal stakeholders to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for product enhancements, strategic direction, and operational improvements. 📍Monitor the blockchain and DeFi ecosystem, providing regular reports on competitor movements, market dynamics, emerging trends, and internal performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

📍Proven experience in data analytics, preferably with a focus on blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 ecosystems. 📍Strong proficiency in Dune Analytics or similar platforms, with demonstrated ability to create complex queries and dashboards. 📍Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols. 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from large and complex data sets. 📍Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools and languages. 📍Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at all levels. 📍Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Knowledge of Ethereum, Cosmos, and other major blockchain ecosystems.
