WHAT YOU WILL DO:

📍Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps for projects built on top of Bittensor. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and capabilities. 📍Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. 📍Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and release notes. 📍Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery. 📍Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experience. 📍Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies. 📍Monitor product performance, analyze usage data, and identify opportunities for improvement. 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, blockchain, and related technologies.

Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. 📍3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus in blockchain and/or AI sectors. 📍Strong understanding of AI and macine learning concepts such as neural networks, deep learning, or natural language processing. 📍Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in blockchain and AI projects, such as Python or Rust. 📍Familiarity with blockchain principles, technologies, and platforms. 📍Specific knowledge of the Bittensor network would be beneficial. 📍Experience with software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and product management tools such as Jira. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 📍Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and drive projects towards successful outcomes. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
