Responsibilities:

📍Assist with sourcing of relevant candidates across job portals, LinkedIn, to maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for hiring managers from various corporate business units. 📍Assist with interview scheduling. 📍Shadow interviews with recruiters, with the potential to hire end-to-end for junior to mid level roles.
📍Participate in both global and local HR projects.

Requirements:

📍Keen eye for profiling candidates, passionate about growing in the recruitment space. 📍Current student in the final year of bachelor or master program or a fresh graduate in HR Management, Labor Economics, or related fields. 📍Preference will be given to candidates with bilingual proficiency. 📍Experience in HR/Recruitment will be beneficial, but not a must. 📍Able to commit minimally 3 days per week, for a 6 month period.
