Job Summary
What we are actively looking for:
š 2-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong track record of shipping technically robust, scalable, and extendable platforms šStrong grasp of basic engineering principles, including Gang of Four principles, SOLID, and DRY šProficiency in our engineering stack: Go Lang, Redis, Kafka/Pub/Sub, Kubernetes (K8s), and job schedulers šProven ability to solve complex technical problems and make sound technical decisions šExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams šCustomer-obsessed mindset with a passion for simplifying complex problems in the fintech space šDemonstrated empathy and strong teamwork skills, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment

šDesigning, developing, and maintaining high-quality, secure, software solutions that adhere to basic engineering principles such as Gang of Four principles, SOLID, and DRY šCollaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans šUtilizing your expertise in our engineering stack, which includes Go Lang, Redis, message queues like Kafka and Pub/Sub, Kubernetes (K8s), and job schedulers šShipping technically robust, scalable, and extendable platforms by applying best practices and ensuring code quality through testing, code reviews, and continuous integration šIdentifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and other technical issues to ensure optimal system performance šStaying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contributing to the improvement of our engineering practices
