Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤAnalyze the performance of VIP and Liquidity Provider programs with data and key business results. đź“ŤAnalyze competitors VIP and Liquidity Provider programs and measure the difference in its performance impact. đź“ŤPropose changes to the VIP and Liquidity Provider program, and manage the lifecycle of those changes. đź“ŤAnalyze client behavior in order to track their trading stats and find areas which can be growth opportunities. đź“ŤAdvice growth strategy for the VIP and institutional client base by working closely with the growth, marketing, and product team. đź“ŤWriting key customer analysis reports for key clients.
Requirements
đź“ŤAt least 3 years working experience in a trading team or an exchange in either spot or derivative trading. đź“ŤDeep understanding of common trading strategies and how trading firms operate to make profit. đź“ŤDeep understanding of how trading teams compete in exchange and how exchange parameters would shift the dynamics of those competition đź“ŤUnderstanding of the market liquidity of order driven exchange. đź“ŤUnderstanding of trading systems and API. đź“ŤStrong data analysis skills and is able to present conclusions with data. đź“ŤStrong communication skills are is able to work with global team đź“ŤFast paced, self-motivated, and has the ability to work under pressure. đź“ŤPassionate about crypto. Crypto industry experience is a plus.
