Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Acquire and manage relationships with global VIP clients. 📍Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and rapport-building efforts. 📍Develop and implement customer service processes and systems, including management rules and monitoring of key customer status. 📍Analyze client behavior to identify unspoken needs and prepare key customer analysis reports. 📍Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to deliver optimal service solutions and experiences. 📍Drive growth of potential clients through product offerings, offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns. 📍Partner with marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and drive leads and conversions among VIP tiers. 📍Maintain accurate data and information for weekly updates and analysis.
What We Look For In You
📍Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. 📍4-7 years of experience in sales and client services functions within the international financial sector, preferably in banking or investments. 📍Proven track record of managing client portfolios including institutional clients, high net-worth individuals, and private bank customers. 📍Experience working with trading platforms or exchanges is highly advantageous. 📍Strong communication and written skills in both English and Vietnamese. 📍Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining excellent multitasking skills
