Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and oversee strong media relations and corporate communications programs in the local market. šLead on key announcements/write press releases, content, LT talking points, presentations, develop messaging documents and FAQs. šExecute thought leadership pieces and bylines; forecast industry news and trends. šLiaise with marketing, content, product and other internal teams and ensure alignment of global company messages and design/brand assets and identity. šWork with global/local marketing and community managers to build and execute integrated communications plans. šDevelop local stories and campaigns (projects) across channels for localized strategies and messages; manage local editorial calendars. šCrisis and reputation management with rapid decision-making with internal stakeholders and leadership team. šConduct monthly/quarterly/half yearly reports, measure SOV and create tactical plans to increase CP in the local market. šManage PR-related budgets. šLead content creation and localization of the marketing campaigns and programs.
Requirements:
šMinimum of 7 years of experience/knowledge in finance, crypto, blockchain and or fintech sector. šAdvanced English, native Turkish speaker with strong verbal and written communications in English and Turkish. šIn-house and or agency experience. šProven ability to execute successful communication strategies across channels. šExperience in multinational companies or teams with a deep understanding of the Turkish market. šExperience working with media/reporters, notably in the financial, business or cryptocurrency sector. šAble to work autonomously with minimal supervision and strong follow up skills; proactive and collaborative. šMust be able to both work independently and collaborate with remote global and local marketing team members. šExcellent project management and organizational skills; able to prioritize and work under pressure.
